Black Bean Soup Aztec Black Bean Soup!  Something filling and flavorful!  Slightly spicy with green chilis and jalapenos and a blend of spices.  We keep it vegetarian and low-cal, so add you own dollop of sour cream if you want to make it super yummy!  Approx.  240 calories.

Mediterranean Chowder Mediterranean Red Chowder!   Give it a try:  It’s so refreshing, exotic, and nutritious!  Flavors include a tomato base with red pepper, eggplant, basil and lots of lemon zest and other Mediterranean flavors.   It is also less than 150 calories/serving.

Curried Chickpeas Curried Chickpea Side! Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) have so many nutrients, and aid in lowering cholesterol, weight loss and impacts of diabetes, It’s a dense source of protein and fiber. This recipe will be tasty with the addition of onions, tomatoes, zucchini, and spices.  About 180 calories per serving. Can be served hot or cold.

Brocolli Floret Soup Broccoli Floret Soup!  Did you know that broccoli is a great source of calcium and protein?    This soup is creamy without any dairy.  The surprise is the broccoli remains in florets instead of being pureed.  It has greens, celery, garlic, and herb tastes with broccoli florets.  A serving is about 150 calories with 8 grams of protein and 7 grams of fiber.

Exotic Red Lentil Soup Exotic Red Lentil Soup! Filled with curry, mint, and coconut flavors with butternut squash, yams, mushrooms and super taste! It will put a smile on your face and another smile in your tummy. This hearty soup is about 280 calories, yet still very nutritious and health-ful.

Lentil SoupLovely Lentil Soup!  Not yet a fan of the lentil bean? Trust me, you’ll like this. Gluten-free, yet filling and fantastic; just not blinged out like those other trendy soups.  It has all the veggies you want and plenty of flavor.  Our generous serving is about 180 calories.

Zesty Italian Sausage n Veggie Soup!  It’s got an Italian zip, with more!  Full of flavor with lean sausage, zucchini, spinach, kidney beans, etc.  Kinda like a soup version of a pizza without the cheese or extra calories!

Fresh Coleslaw Best-Ever Coleslaw!  This the tart-sweet slaw you find at the best BBQ joints in the south.  There is no mayo in this dish, so it can last (and improve) for over a week!  Includes onion, a bit of carrot, and an outstanding marinade!  (less than 90 calories per serving)
