Curry Veggie Soup  Curried Veggie Soup!  We use the highest quality curry blend in this vegetable soup, with carrots, black beans, bell pepper, spinach and hints of ginger and peanut. I think it’s my favorite soup. So much fiber, flavor and nutrients! (150 calories/serving).

Toasted Rice Soup Toasted Rice Soup!  Amazing taste with toasted brown rice, spinach, onions, lemon zest, and a hint of nutmeg in a vegetable broth.  Topped with parmesan cheese as a  to make this a SOUPer delight!  CAN REQUEST NO CHEESE if requested by Saturday. (200 calories/serving, inc the cheese).

Tomato Cucumber Bliss Tomato Cucumber Bliss!  This is one of my favorites for FRESH and FLAVORFUL!   This delight includes tomatoes,  cucumber, red onion, chopped basil and parsley, marinated in a sweet n tart vinaigrette and a peppercini topper.  Less than 100 cals/serving.



Spicy Hummus  w/ Celery Stix!  Hand-crafted never tasted better.  Lemon, garlic, cumin, a ton of spice (jalepeno, red pepper, chipolte) and chickpeas.  Served with a stack of celery, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.

Carrot Bisque Carrot -Thyme Bisque! We get great feedback on this soup, so its thyme to offer it again!  A flavorful carrot bisque without any heavy cream or potato!  Onion, leeks, garlic, carrots, and some fresh thyme and fennel to give it pizazz.

TurkeynRice Soup Turkey n Rice Soup!  We can always enjoy a rich turkey soup no matter what season it is!  This is a rich home-made creamy stock of with bacon, cream,  wild rice and and roasted veggies.  About 230 cals/serving. So yummy!

Korean Bean Sprouts Korean Bean Sprouts!  Very low calorie (less than 70 calories) and tasty with a light Asian flavor. Includes sesame oil, rice vinegar, green onions, toasted sesame seeds, slivered red pepper, and of course, blanched bean sprouts.  I hope you enjoy it!

Creamy Corn Soup!  We start with a creamy corn & and it’s puree (yes, we use right off the cob!), and then add a bit of cream, corn, diced tomato, cilantro, lime and chipolte.   Best served cold, but can be heated if you prefer!  About 170 cals/serving.
