Mushroom Barley Soup How about some hearty, un-beefy Rich Barley w/ Shrooms Soup.  It’s vegetarian but will have the savory rich taste that belongs with barley and mushrooms.  What more can we say?

Potato Salad Soup Potato Salad Soup! This is a favorite Polish tradition and a great early summer treat!  Creamy, and surprisingly balanced (if it get it right!).   It’s Terri’s favorite!  Includes onion, potatoes, carrots, sour cream, and pickles w/juice.  Yum at 240 calories.

Sesame Green Beans Sesame Green Beans!  Can be served cold or hot, and best when eaten with your fingers. Fresh green beans, blanched and combined with a soy-dressing and sesame seeds!   Super low-calorie (less than 80 cals/serving) makes this a sin-less side dish.

White Bean Dip  White Bean Dip!  Simply delicious! Lemony-garikly white beans with fresh parsley, all blended into a smooth dip!  Served with a stack of celery, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.

  YUMMY WRAPS! This week, try our Parmesan Wrap. A healthier version of this zesty classic.
