Carrot Bisque Carrot -Thyme Bisque! We get great feedback on this soup, so its thyme to offer it again!  A flavorful carrot bisque without any heavy cream or potato!  Onion, leeks, garlic, carrots, and some fresh thyme and fennel to give it pizazz.

TurkeynRice Soup Turkey n Rice Soup!  We can always enjoy a rich turkey soup no matter what season it is!  This is a rich home-made creamy stock of with bacon, cream,  wild rice and and roasted veggies.  About 230 cals/serving. So yummy!

Korean Bean Sprouts Korean Bean Sprouts!  Very low calorie (less than 70 calories) and tasty with a light Asian flavor. Includes sesame oil, rice vinegar, green onions, toasted sesame seeds, slivered red pepper, and of course, blanched bean sprouts.  I hope you enjoy it!


Red Pepper Hummus Red Pepper Dip w/ Stix!  Home-made and delicious! Lemon, garlic, cumin, and roasted red pepper with blended chickpeas! Served with a stack of celery, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy

Buffalo “Wing” Bowl/Wrap! We include spicy couscous, roasted pepper, red onion, celery, romaine and a touch of blue cheese!  Can request NO BLUE CHEESE, if requested by Saturday. Less than 350 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty!

Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes:  green peas, berries, jicama,  carrots, celery, and pecans, with a homemade Honey-Dijon vinaigrette .  (less than 250 calories/container).  You can ADD 64 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50 (please order by Saturday). 6-pack of powerbars Natural Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week flavors, as available:   Banana-Walnut .

Energy Brownies!   Everyone needs a treat now and then!   Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!  A bit of cinnamon, walnuts n espresso make these treats special!
