  Tomatillo Soup Tomatillo Soup!  This is a vegan version of a traditional Posole. Slow-cooked tomatillos w/ hominy, a variety of chilies, diced tomatoes, cilantro, pepitos, and many flavors to provide a flavorful Mexican treat.  This dish would be excellent for breakfast served with a poached egg on top.
Kale Slaw

Holy Kale Slaw!  Kale never tasted so good!  We combine finely chopped kale with a delicious sweet-spicy-nutty-tahini dressing. Topped with a few almonds and sesame seeds. You’ll want more than one serving of this healthy side!!  About 150 cals per serving.

Fresh Brushetta Breadless Bruschetta!  This doesn’t come around too often, so seize the moment.  Our fresh bruschetta is made with diced tomatoes in garlic, olive oil, basil, and capers!  Of course, we won’t tell if you spread it on a baguette with mozzarella cheese. No dippers (as shown in photo)… it needs nothing devour!   Only about 80 calories/serving.

Simply Veggie SoupSimply Veggie Soup!  I suggest ordering by the quart, because it’s that yummy and a great solution for breakfast, a snack, or lunch/dinner.  Only about 95 calories per serving!  Yet, it’s filled with flavors from onions, leeks, carrots, celery, roasted sweet potato & butternut squash,  greens, corn, tomatoes, etc.
Beet Salad

Beet Salad with Dill!  This a lovely side dish that can be served cold or warm.  We supply a balanced oil/vinegar dressing super-flavored with dill and mix it with beautiful deep red beets, sweet onion and a sprinkle of toasted walnuts. Great alone or on a bed of greens.   About 130 calories per serving.

 A vegetarian southwest soup with surprising flavors:    jalapeno, black beans, bell pepper, corn, and onion, in a pumpkin puree.  Many say its super! (about 220 cals/serving, but provides tons of fiber and plant protein).
