Aztec Black Bean Soup Aztec Black Bean Soup!  Something filling and flavorful!  Slightly spicy with roasted green chilies and jalapenos, and a blend of spices.  We keep it vegetarian and low-cal, so add you own dollop of sour cream if you want to make it super specia!  Approx.  200 calories.

Sweet-and-Sour Sauerkraut!  You say you don’t LOVE sauerkraut?  Did you know how beneficial fermented foods are?  No?  Then, go Google it and decide for yourself.  Instead of Kim-chi, we make this turbo-charged side dish with sauerkraut, tomatoes, allspice, cumin, onion and garlic which makes it unique and yummy. Best served warm, but anyway is terrific!  Less than 100 cals/serving.


Spicy Hummus  w/ Celery Stix!  Hand-crafted never tasted better.  Lemon, garlic, cumin, a ton of spice (jalepeno, red pepper, chipolte) and chickpeas.  Served with a stack of celery, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy

Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes: tomato, green beans, roasted beets, red onion, bell pepper, and cucumber, with a creamy Ranch dressing.  (less than 250 calories/container).  You can ADD 64 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50!

6-pack of powerbars Natural Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day.
