Creamy Squash n Pecan Soup Roasted Squash w/ Pecan Soup! Pureed roasted butternut squash,  onions and pecans in a perfect blend!  This will almost taste like desert from the all-natural carmelized veggies! Includes a dash of cream to make it smooth and soothing. About 170 cals/ serving.

Marinated Cucumbers Marinated Cucumbers! Simple, refreshing, and will last for a long time (but I bet you gobble it up before that). This is something my Grandma served up during most Sunday suppers. Sliced cucumbers and sweet onions in a home-made sweetened vinegar dressing. They’ll get marinated and a bit pickled and oh so tasty.  And, the the calories are less than 80 cals a serving, so it hardly counts!

Traditional Hummus  Traditional Hummus w/ Dippers!  Home-made and delicious! Lemon, garlic, cumin, and tahini!  This traditional hummus is topped with parsley and paprika, the traditional way!  Served with a stack of celery, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy

Curry  Bowl/Wrap!  Includes: lemony couscous, roasted pepper, cucumber, red onions, and apple. Will include a sweet curry/yogurt dipper, but can substitute ranch dressing upon request. About 320 calories per serving! Can request specials if ordered by Saturday!

      • LO-CARB Option!!  Substitute a bowl instead of tortilla  AND/OR,
      • Chicken Option!!  Add fresh roasted chicken. Only $1 extra!
 
 
Mexi Green Salad!

Try our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes:
black beans & corn, red onion, pineapple, jicama, snap peas, and deli jalepenos  with homemade sweet cilantro-lime vinaigrette.  (less than 260 calories/container).  You can ADD 64 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50!

hand-crafted power bars  Natural Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. Energy Brownies!   Everyone needs a treat now and then!   Home-made and best eaten frozeBrownien, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!  A bit of cinnamon, walnuts n espresso make these treats special!
