Tortilini Soup Tawdry Tortellini Soup!  It’s so good, it’s sinful (yet far healthier than a restaurant version).  Of course it’s filled with love, but I’ll keep us in calorie-control with cheese-filled tortellini, kielbasa, peas, tomatoes, fennel, and spinach.  Treat yourself, it’s still less than 250 cals per serving

Roasted brussels n sweet potato Roasted Brussels n Sweet Potatoes!!  One of our favorite sides and truly the labor of love.  These roasted gems will be tossed with a spicy honey Dijon dressing.

 

Argentina Dip NEW!!!  Simply delicious! Lemon, garlic, cumin, and fiber-filled chickpeas.  Includes a bit of chili, thyme, bay leaf, and even cinnamon!    Served with a stack of celery, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with nutrients, protein and joy.

Celery BisqueCelery Bisque!  Simple classic flavors that should be savored!  We blend leeks, celery and potato, into a smooth gratifying puree and lace with creme friache,  lemon, and a touch of cayenne.  Let it fill your taste buds.  About 200 cals per serving.  (Served without parsley, as pictured).

Apple Slaw Apple Slaw!  This sweet-tart slaw has no dairy, but instead fills the senses with sweet-tart vinaigrette, apples, broccoli slaw, dried cherries and toasted almonds and sunflower seeds.  This is really delicious!  About 125 cals/per serving.

 

  Spicy Hummus  w/ Celery Stix!  Hand-crafted never tasted better.  Lemon, garlic, cumin, a ton of spice (jalepeno, red pepper, chipolte) and chickpeas.  Served with a stack of celery, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.

Barley n Greens Soup Barley n Greens Soup!
This is my favorite soup.  I literally lick the bowl with this herby, lemony, textury, nutritious, low-calorie soup.  Trust me, you’ll like it too!  It has spinach, kale, chard, and barley, flavored with green onion, dill, mint, fennel fronds and lemon, in a vegetable broth.  We include a Feta cheese topper.   Can be customized with NO FETA TOPPER if requested by Saturday.  Only 140 calories/serving

Thai Cucumbers Thai Cucumbers!  Sweet n spicey; it’s refreshing and will leave you wanting more!  Sliced cucumbers, red onion, mint, and cilantro, with a spicy dressing, Topped with toasted sesame seeds. Only about 60 cals/ serving!

 

   TzatsikiTzatziki Dip!  Big and bold  Greek yogurt-based dip!   I promise this will taste fresher than ANY store-bought version. Cucumber, lemon, dill, mint in a yogurt-based dip!  YUMMY!  We will provide  the celery stix to dip with!
