Hot n Sour Soup!  Asian flavors…a little hot, a little sour. Flavors include:  ginger, garlic, mushrooms,greens, bamboo shoots, red bell pepper, water chestnuts, and cilantro.  This soup is great for calorie-consciousness people at only 90 calories per serving
no Mayo Coleslaw

Best-Ever Coleslaw!
  This the tart-sweet slaw you find at the best BBQ joints in the south.  There is no mayo in this dish, so it can last (and improve) for over a week!  Includes onion, a bit of carrot, and an outstanding marinade!  (less than 90 calories per serving)

Black Bean Dip!
A creamy healthy bean dip with red onion, tomato, garlic, cumin and Jalepeno. It’s a filling and healthy snack with lot’s of  fiber, protein and joy. Served with carrot sticks.
 Curry  Bowl/Wrap!  Includes: lemony couscous, roasted pepper, cucumber, red onions, and apple. Will include a sweet curry/yogurt dipper, but can substitute ranch dressing upon request. About 240 calories per serving! Can request specials if ordered by Saturday!

Greek Green Salad!

Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes:
 tomato, cucumber, Feta cheese, red onion, and Tapenade (chopped olive), with our home-made Oregano vinaigrette.  (less than 250 calories/container).  You can ADD 64 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50! (photo may not represent the current salad menu)

Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week  we offer  Banana-Walnut


Energy Brownies! 

  Everyone needs a treat now and then!   Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!  A bit of cinnamon n espresso and walnuts!!
