Oriental Slaw Oriental Slaw! It’s raw, with a delicate sesame dressing. Cabbage is mixed with green onion, carrots, bean sprouts, toasted sesame seeds, almonds, bell pepper, jalapeno, and cilantro. A nice low-calorie side or snack at 80 calories per serving..

GaspachoCool Gaspacho!!  This is a perfect hot-weather meal! So fresh with cucumber, celery, tomato, parsley, pepper and a fresh spicy kick! Can be served cold or warm. Some accents of  avocado provided in soup while supplies last! Did I mention this is the perfect low-calorie meal?   Our generous serving is only 90 calories.TIP: pour some of this in your big-mouthed water bottle and enjoy while you cycle or workout!  Many of my clients use this as their energy drink!!

Potato salad Soup   Potato Salad Soup! This is a favorite Polish tradition and a great summer treat!  Creamy, and surprisingly balanced (if it get it right!).   It’s Terri’s favorite!  Includes onion, potatoes, carrots, sour cream, and pickles w/juice.  Yum at 240 calories.
