Green Velvet Soup Green Velvet Soup!  She ain’t pretty, but a ton more flavor than a typical pea soup.  There are many flavonoids pureed in this tasty soup, including broccoli, split pea, zucchini, spinach, celery, potato, dill, and more.  It’s a surprising favorite and you will immediately feel the nutrients activate your body.   Each serving is about 130 calories
