Indonesian Carrot SoupIndonesian Carrot Soup NEW!!  A puree which is wonderfully curried-spiced, yet sweet n golden. Rice added to make it even richer! This carrot soup makes for a terrific vegan meal, or side dish!

Best-Ever Coleslaw

Best-Ever Coleslaw!  This the tart-sweet slaw you find at the best BBQ joints in the south.  There is no mayo in this dish, so it can last (and improve) for over a week!  Includes onion, a bit of carrot, and an outstanding marinade!  (less than 90 calories per serving)

cilantro dipFresh Cilantro Hummus!  Fresh green with cilantro, spicy with jalapeno and blended with lime, garlic, cumin, and chickpeas!  Served with a stack of cucumbers; it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.

Natural Power Bars!
Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week  we offer  a  Cinnamon-Raisin!

Energy Brownies!   Everyone needs a treat now and then!   Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!  A bit of cinnamon n espresso make these treats special!
