Another personal favorite of many!  We make it all from scratch with bits of carrots and smokey ham, just like Mom made it!  Did you know that split peas have the following health benefits, high fiber, lowers cholesterol, and high in potassium. About 200 cal/serving

Tomato Cucumber Bliss Tomato Cucumber Bliss!  This is one of my favorites for FRESH and FLAVORFUL!  Similar to a Capri Salad without the diary.  This delight includes tomatoes,  cucumber, red onion, radish, chopped basil and parsley, marinated in a sweet n tart vinaigrette and a pepperchini topper.  Less than 100 cals/serving.
  

   Pomegranite Hummus Hummus w/ Pomegranate!  If you have never tried this middle-Eastern combo, ya just gotta try it! Home-made and delicious hummus with a sprinkle of tart-sweet fresh Pomegranate! Served with a stack of celery dippers, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.

Energy Brownies!   Everyone needs a treat now and then!   Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!  A bit of cinnamon n espresso make these treats special!

Lentil Soup   Lovely Lentil Soup!  Not yet a fan of the lentil bean? Trust me, you’ll like this. Gluten-free, yet filling and fantastic; just not blinged out like those other trendy soups.  It has all the veggies you want and plenty of flavor.  Our generous serving is about 180 calories.

 
herby chicakpeas Herby Parmesan Chickpeas!   So much flavor wrapped around a bean, including, lemon, basil, parsley, pepper, garlic and Parmesan cheese.  Kinda nutty, tart, and healthy!  Beans are dense in calories but filled with good fiber, protein, and nutrition.  Don’t be scared at the 250 calories, just savor and realize its a meal!
