Simply Veggie Soup Simply Veggie Soup!   This is a wonderful idea for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!  Only about 95 calories per serving!  Yet, it’s filled with flavors from onions, leeks, carrots, celery, roasted sweet potato & butternut squash, cabbage, greens, zucchini, corn, tomatoes, etc.

Mexican Quinoa Mexican Quinoa! I love this deli-side –  it’s light, zippy, and filled with good proteins!  It’s naturally sweet from the corn and roasted red peppers, filled-with protein from the quinoa, and a very slight spiciness from the chili powder, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, and sunflower seeds.  It’s dense with nutrition at 200 cals/serving.
Spicy Black Bean Dip! A creamy healthy bean dip with pureed tomato, onion, garlic, cumin and green chili. It’s a filling and healthy snack with lot’s of  fiber, protein and joy. Served with celery sticks.


Ceasar Wrap/Bowl!
  Inceasor bowl_wrapcludes:  lemony-couscous, green peas, red onion, cucumber, roasted red pepper, and Parmesan cheese, all rolled in a bed of romaine and flour tortilla.  We provide a side of tasty Caesar dipping sauce. Less than 350 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty!

 64 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50! (picture may not represent current menu item)


Hand-crafted Power Bars!Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week  we offer  a  Mix-Pack!

Energy Brownies!   Everyone needs a treat now and then!   Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!  A bit of cinnamon n espresso make these treats special!
