Mexican Quinoa! I love this deli-side – it’s light, zippy, and filled with good proteins! It’s naturally sweet from the corn and roasted red peppers, filled-with protein from the quinoa, and a very slight spiciness from the chili powder, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, and sunflower seeds. It’s dense with nutrition at 200 cals/serving.
