Grandma’s Cabbage Soup!
  You know this if you have ever treated yourself to cabbage soup when you’ve been sick, or on a cleanse.  It has souper powers!   Let us serve you with a veggie brothy soup with cabbage, tomato, celery, onion, garlic, corn, and herbs.  Less than 90 calories per serving!
 

 
Apple Slaw Apple Slaw!  This sweet-tart slaw has no dairy, but instead fills the senses with sweet-tart vinaigrette, apples, broccoli slaw, dried cherries and sunflower seeds.  This is really delicious!  About 125 cals/per serving.


Spicy Hummus  w/ Celery Stix!
  Hand-crafted never tasted better.  Lemon, garlic, cumin, a ton of spice (jalepeno, red pepper, chipolte) and chickpeas.  Served with a stack of celery, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.

We always receive great feedback on this soup, so it’s thyme to offer it again!  A flavorful carrot bisque without any dairy!  Onion, leeks, garlic, carrots, and some fresh thyme and fennel to give it pizazz.
 

 
Korean Bean Sprouts

Korean Bean Sprouts!  Very low calorie (less than 70 calories) and tasty with a light Asian
flavor. Includes sesame oil, vinegar, green onions, toasted sesame seeds, slivered bell pepper, and of course, blanched bean sprouts.  I hope you enjoy it!

Herby Yogurt Dip Fresh Herby Yogurt! Home-made and delicious! We combine a protein-rich Greek yogurt with FRESH parsley, mint,  green onion, and lemon.  Served with a stack of celery sticks; it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack!

Another rain storm and I want to cuddle under the sheets… so  traditional chowder!   Savory potatoes,corn, dairy, and flavorful veggies, WITH a bacon topper (can request no topper if received by Saturday)  It has just a touch of heat and eastern seaboard seasonings.  It’s well worth the 250 calories/serving.
 

 
Marinated Cucumbers! Simple, refreshing, and will last for a long time (but I bet you gobble it up before that). This is something my Grandma served up during most Sunday suppers. Sliced cucumbers and sweet onions in a home-made sweetened vinegar dressing. They’ll get marinated and a bit pickled and oh so tasty.  And, the the calories are less than 80 cals a serving, so it hardly counts!
