Kale n Bean SoupKale n White Bean Soup!  This is a perfect balanced soup, that will fill your soul for breakfast as well as the other meals.  Deep balanced flavors of   kale, spinach, fire roasted tomatoes, white beans, and seasoned with fresh rosemary, thyme and just a bit of heat of Serrano chili.  All in about 180 cals/serving
 

 
Lemony Lentils Lemony Lentils! Lentils are special!  Packed with fiber, protein and very sustainable!  Let’s celebrate them with this refreshing salad that has the unique flavor of TARRAGON, including colorful fresh bell peppers, green onions, lemon, Dijon mustard, and seasonings. It’s going to fill your mouth with freshness n flavor! (about 190 calories).


Breadless Bruschetta Breadless Bruschetta!
  This doesn’t come around too often, so seize the moment.  Our fresh bruschetta is made with diced tomatoes in garlic, olive oil, basil, and capers!  Of course, we won’t tell if you spread it on a baguette with mozzarella cheese. No dippers (as shown in photo)… it needs nothing to devour!   Only about 80 calories/serving.

burrito Yummy Bowls/Wraps!  This week, try our  Mexi Burrito or Bowl!  Spicy low-fat black beans with lots of flavor and our limey-cilantro rice, a bit of avocado, and romaine.  You even enjoy a dipper of salsa!  Less than 350 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty!!

  • LO-CARB Option!!  Substitute a bowl instead of tortilla if ordered by Saturday for next week!   AND/OR,
  • Chicken Option!!  Add 42 grams of fresh roasted chicken if ordered by Saturday for next week! Only $1 extra!
festive green salads Dreamy Green Salad!  Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes:roasted pecans, dried cranberries, black beans, zucchini, carrots, and red onion with a sweet onion dressing (image may not reflect the current menu item).

You can ADD 64 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50!

                                                 

Hand-crafted Power Bars!Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week  we offer:  Mix (cherry, pumpkin, etc)!

Energy Brownies!   Everyone needs a treat now and then!   Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!  A bit of cinnamon n espresso make these treats special!
