Indonesian Carrot Soup Indonesian Carrot Soup!  A puree which is wonderfully curried-spiced, yet sweet n golden. Rice added to make it even richer! This carrot soup makes for a terrific vegan meal, or side dish!

 

 

 

Asian Salad Asian Slaw  NEW!  A slightly updated version of this tasty side! It’s raw, with a flavorful sesame dressing. Cabbage is mixed with green onion, toasted almonds, orangy cranberries, toasted sesame seeds, bell peppers, and cilantro. A nice low-calorie side or snack at 90 calories per serving..
