Tortillini Soup   Tawdry Tortellini Soup!  It’s so good, it’s sinful (yet far healthier than a restaurant version).  Of course it’s filled with love, but I’ll keep us in calorie-control with cheese-filled tortellini, kielbasa, peas, tomatoes, green onion/fennell, and spinach.  Treat yourself, it’s still less than 250 cals per serving



Pickled Carrots Copper Pennies!  This is a personal family recipe from our mid-west family.  Coin-diced carrots, with onion and pepper, then pickled in a savory-secret blend. Thank you Grandma!  These gems keep for a long time, so you can store and enjoy for more than a week. Less than 100 calories/serving.


  Roasted Garlic Hummus Roasted Garlic Hummus  w/ Stix!  Hand-crafted never tasted better.  Lemon, garlic, cumin, a ton of healing roasted garlic blended in our famous hummus  Served with a stack of celeryi, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy

Chinese Bowl This week, try our Chinese Bowl. This yummy flavor is too moist for a wrap, so we offer the bowls this week!  Includes: sesame couscous, with shredded cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, water chestnuts, and green onions,  We provide a bit of soy sauce on the side if you need it zippier!  Less than 300 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty

Raspberry Field Green Salad! Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes: fresh apple, diced tomato, carrot, green peas, green onion, water chestnuts, and SPRING GREENS with a tart raspberry vinaigrette  (less than 250 calories/container).   (photo may not represent current menu).

You can ADD 64 g of chicken to your salad for only $1.50.

Hand-crafted Power Bars! Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week  we offer:  Mix (Cherry/Pumpkin).


Energy Brownies!   Everyone needs a treat now and then!   Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!  A bit of cinnamon n espresso make these treats special!
