Curried Veggie Soup! We use the highest quality curry blend in this vegetable soup, with carrots, black beans, bell pepper, spinach and hints of ginger and peanut. I think it’s my favorite soup. So much fiber, flavor and nutrients! (150 calories/serving).
Refreshing and low-cal! Nice and crunchy with jicama and red cabbage, and refreshing flavors of lime, scallions, cracked pepper, and mint! About 80 cals/serving..
Sesame Hummus w/ Stix!
Home-made and delicious hummus with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds ! Served with a stack of celery stix, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.

We include hot-sauce couscous, roasted pepper, red onion, celery, romaine and a touch of blue cheese! No hot pepper sauce dippers unless you request!

Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor! This week’s salad includes: jicama, carrot, toasted almonds, green onion w/ mint, diced tomato, and garbanzo beans
and spring greens with a sweet onion dressing. (photo may not represent current menu).
You can ADD 64 g of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50.
Hand-crafted Power Bars! Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!). Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories. This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week we offer: Pecan-Toffee!
Energy Brownies! Everyone needs a treat now and then! Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion! Just a few bites can satisfy your needs! A bit of cinnamon n espresso and walnuts make these treats special!
