Greek Lemon Soup! It’s got that greek thing going on… lots of lemon in a our broth base. We will add some orzo, veggies and egg yolk (for richness). I love the orzo! A favorite of many soupers! Only 125 calories per serving!
Cuban Black Beans!
A delicious side with lots of fiber, flavor and protein. Black beans and corn with pineapple, peppers, green and red onion, and lots of sweet n spicy flavors! A great stand alone, side or salad topper! About 170 calories for our big serving
Red Pepper Hummus w/ Stix! Home-made and delicious! Lemon, garlic, cumin, and roasted red pepper with blended chickpeas! Served with a stack of celery stix, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.
Yummy Bowls/Wraps! This week, try our tasty Teriyaki Bowl/Wrap! with healthy brown rice, pineapple, green onion, jicama, roasted red pepper, an a bit of romaine; all rolled in a flour tortilla. We provide a side of teriyaki dipping sauce. Less than 350 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty!

with SPRING GREENS, and a home-made lemony vineagrette (less than 250 calories/container). (photo may not represent current menu).
