cool gaspacho Cool Gaspacho!!  This is a perfect hot-weather meal! So fresh with cucumber, celery, tomato, parsley, pepper and a fresh spicy kick! Can be served cold or warm. Some accents of  avocado provided in soup while supplies last! Did I mention this is the perfect low-calorie meal?   Our generous serving is only 90 calories.  TIP: pour some of this in your big-mouthed water bottle and enjoy while you cycle or workout!  Many of my clients use this as their energy drink!!


Herby Parmesan Chickpeas!   So much flavor wrapped around a bean, including, lemon, basil, parsley, pepper, garlic and Parmesan cheese.  Kinda nutty, tart, and healthy!  Beans are dense in calories but filled with good fiber, protein, and nutrition.  Don’t be scared at the 250 calories, just savor and realize its a meal!



White Bean Dip White Bean Dip!   Simply delicious!  Lemony-garlicy white beans with fresh parsley, all blended into a smooth dip!  It is a bit more mild than some of our other herby dips, so give it a try? Served with a stack of celery, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber,

Quinoa Wrap YUMMY WRAPS/BOWLS! This week, This week, try our Quinoa w/ Veggies Wrap/Bowl! Includes nutty quinoa, with caramelized onions/garlic, roasted red pepper, shredded carrot, slivered almonds, and spices, all rolled with crunchy romaine. Less than 320 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty!

  • LO-CARB Option!!  Substitute a bowl instead of tortilla if ordered by Saturday for next week!   AND/OR,
  • Chicken Option!!  Add fresh roasted chicken.  Only $1 extra!
fecstive green salads   Dreamy Green Salad!  Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes:  zucchini, avocado, celery, walnuts, corn, and green onion, with crunchy romaine and a creamy Rancy dressing.    (photo may not represent current menu).

You can ADD 64 g of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50.



Hand-crafted Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day.
