Veggie Chili Vegetarian Chili!  This picture does not do it justice… its about the aroma and blended flavors…many many flavors, some are even a secret.  But the result is a hint of sweet-then-spicy!  Ingredients include butternut squash, mushroom, a variety of  beans, fire-roasted tomatoes, onions, and celery.  Not TOO hot.  And, its only 180 calories/serving with tons of fiber!
Dilly Carrots Dilly Carrots!  So many ways to enrich our nutrition with whole foods!  This one is yummy too!  A great combination of dill and maple with al dente cooked carrots.  Simple, healthy and NUTRITIOUS!  Can be served hot or cold with only 75 calories.


Red Pepper Hummus w/ Stix!   Home-made and delicious! Lemon, garlic, cumin, and roasted red pepper with blended chickpeas! Served with a stack of celery stix, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.

Parmesan Wrap

Parmesan Wrap/Bowl. A healthier version of this zesty classic. We include fresh couscous and wheat pasta with Parmesan cheese, marinara sauce, fresh basil, red onion, and some crunchy romaine.  Less than 350 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty!

big fresh green salads Italiano Green Salad!  Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes:  fresh tomatoes, kidney beans, olives, red onion, celery, pepperchinis, with spring greens and a flavorful Italian dressing.    (photo does not represent current menu).

You can ADD 64 g of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50.



Hand-crafted Power Bars!   Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. Energy Brownies!   Everyone needs a treat now and then!   Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!  A bit of cinnamon n espresso and walnuts make these treats special!
