Tusccany Veggie Soup Tuscany Veggie Soup!  The photo may not do it’s justice, but the flavors will shout out yummy to your taste buds!  This soup includes many savory flavors including roasted eggplant, mushrooms, white beans, tomato, olives and fresh basil.  yumm yumm.  Calories equal 210 per serving.!
 
 
Tomato Cucumber Bliss Tomato Cucumber Bliss!  This is a favorite for FRESH and FLAVORFUL!  Similar to a Capri Salad without the diary.  This delight includes tomatoes,  cucumber, red onion, chopped basil and parsley, marinated in a sweet n tart vinaigrette and a pepperchini topper.  Less than 100 cals/serving.

 

tzatziki Tzatziki w/ Stix!   Otherwise known as that yogurt and cucumber dip you love at Greek restaurants.  Made with with yogurt, drained cucumber, olive oil, fresh mint, garlic, lemon juice and salt. Carrot dippers included.

Avocado Bowl/Wrap. We includes a flavorful couscous, with red onion, avocado, and cucumber rolled with crunchy romainAvocado Wrape. Less than 350 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty!.

You can ADD 64 g of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50.

 

Hand-crafted Power Bars!   Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week  we offer:  pecan-toffee!

Energy Brownies!   Everyone needs a treat now and then!   Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!  A bit of cinnamon n espresso and walnuts make these treats special!
