Grandma’s Cabbage Soup! You know this if you have ever treated yourself to cabbage soup when you’ve been sick, or on a cleanse. It has souper powers! Let us serve you with a veggie brothy soup with cabbage, tomato, celery, onion, garlic, and herbs. Less than 90 calories per serving!
Curried Chickpeas! Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) have so many nutrients, and aid in lowering cholesterol, weight loss and the impacts of diabete. A great source of protein and fiber. This recipe is really tasty with the addition of onions, tomatoes, zucchini, and spices. About 180 calories per serving. Can be served hot or cold.
Black Bean Dip! A creamy healthy bean dip with pureed onion, tomato, garlic, cumin and green chili. It’s a filling and healthy snack with lot’s of fiber, protein and joy. Served with celery sticks.
