Green Velvet Soup Green Velvet Soup!  She ain’t pretty, but offers a ton more flavor than a typical pea soup.  There are many flavonoids pureed in this tasty soup, including broccoli, split pea, zucchini, spinach, celery, potato, dill, and more.  It’s a surprising favorite and you will immediately feel the nutrients activate your body.   Each serving is about 130 calories
Minty Green Beans Minty Green Beans!  Bright and spicey! Just-tender fresh (cooked to tender) green beans flavored with garlic, jalapeno, mint and lemon. The blended flavors will amaze you!   It’s about 80 calories per serving.

Creamy Dijon Dip Yogurt-Dijon Dip! Healthy greek yogurt blended with some fresh dill n mustard in a unique way to … POW ya!  We provide some carrot  stix to dip and savor!  A nice change with only about 70 calories/serving.

Yummy Bowls/Wraps! This week, try our tastytex-mex wrap and healthy Tex-Mex Bowl/Wrapl!  This is a favorite of many!! Includes: Fresh couscous with lots of corn, black beans, queso cotija, red onion, a bit of jalapeno, romaine lettuce, and tex-mex seasonings;  About 320 calories per serving!

Big Green Salads

Catalina Green Salad!  Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!
This week’s salad includes: green beans, bell pepper, black beans, carrot, zucchini, and green onion with spring greens and a homemade Smoked Paprika  vinaigrette.

You can ADD 64 g of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50.
Hand-crafted Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week  we offer:  apricot-pecan    

Energy Brownies!   Everyone needs a treat now and then!   Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!  A bit of cinnamon n espresso and walnuts make these treats special!
