Carrot-Ginger Bisque Carrot n Ginger Bisque! Simple, smooth, and delicious! Carrots, cream, zippy ginger, and sweetened with caramelized onion. This includes dairy, but I promise to keep it light!  A great source of beta-carotene and better than ice cream!.  Only 125 calories per serving!.
 
  

 

Holy Kale Slaw!  Kale nHoly Kale Slawever tasted so good!  We combine finely chopped kale and coleslaw with a delicious sweet-nutty-tahini dressing. Topped with a few cranberries n sesame seeds. You’ll want more than one serving of this healthy side!!  About 150 cals per serving

 

Sun-dried Tomato_Rosemary Bean Dip Herby White Bean w/ Sun-dried Tomato Dip!  Delicious white beans with lemon, rosemary, sage and sun-dried tomatoes. Served with a stack of celery, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy (about 250 calories/container).  Only about 90 calories/serving

Yummy Bowls/Wraps!  This week, try our tasty and healthy  Teriyaki Bowl/Wrap!  with gingery brown rice, pineapple, green onion, jicama,  roasted red pepper, and a bit of romaine; all rolled in a flour tortilla.  We provide a side of teriyaki dipping sauce.  Less than 350 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty!

Hand-crafted Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day.
