Mulligatawny Soup Mulligatawny Soup! This is an Indian-based recipe and a favorite of many! Ingredients include chick peas, brown rice, apple, grated carrot, celery, green pepper, spinach, and Indian spices. Includes very  limited dairy. About 200 cals/serving.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
  
Dilly Garbanzo Side
Dilly Garbanzos!
  So fresh and filling.  We start with coarse bulgar and garbanzos, then add fresh tomatoes, cucumber, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted red pepper, lots of dill, and a balsamic dressing. About 200 cals/serving.
White Bean Dip White Bean Dip!   Simply delicious!  Lemony-garlicy white beans with fresh parsley, all blended into a smooth dip!  It is a bit more mild than some of our other herby dips, so give it a try? Served with a stack of zucchini discs.  It makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber.
 

Italiano Wrap Yummy Bowls/Wraps!  This week, try our tasty and healthy  Italiano Wrap! All the flavor and mindful of the calories..we bring you a zesty meal. Garlicky couscous, black olive, pepperccini, red onion, basil with a sprinkle of dry salami and romaine.   Can request VEGAN if ordered by Friday for next week.  Less than 350 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty!

simply veggie soup Simply Veggie Soup!   This is a wonderful idea for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!  Only about 95 calories per serving!  Yet, it’s filled with flavors from onions, leeks, carrots, celery, roasted sweet potato & butternut squash, cabbage, greens, zucchini, corn, tomatoes, etc.
