NEW!!! Chicken n Lime Soup! A new version of our California Tortilla Soup. This flavorful brothy soup includes, celery, onion, diced tomato, and lime/cilantro to give you the perfect taste-bud experience without the calories! We include home-cooked chicken, and a slice of avocado. About 120 cals/serving!
Marinated Cucumbers! Simple, refreshing, and will last for a long time (but I bet you gobble it up before that). This is something my Grandma served up during most Sunday suppers. Sliced cucumbers and sweet onions in a home-made sweetened vinegar dressing. They’ll get marinated and a bit pickled and oh so tasty. And, the the calories are less than 80 cals a serving, so it hardly counts!

Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor! This week’s salad includes: roasted walnuts, cucumber, green onions, green peas, radish, and garbanzos, and cucumber and a honey-mustard dressing. Greens may be spring greens, or whatever is safe for you. Please be patient; the prices for produce are through the roof. (photo may not represent current menu)

Hand-crafted Power Bars!
Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!). Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories. This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week we offer: orange-cranberry.
Energy Brownies! Everyone needs a treat now and then! Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion! Just a few bites can satisfy your needs! A bit of cinnamon n espresso and walnuts make these treats special!
