Toasted Rice Soup Toasted Rice Soup!  Amazing taste with toasted rice, spinach, onions, lemon zest, and a hint of nutmeg in a vegetable broth. I’ll include some Parmesan cheese  to make this a SOUPer delight!  (200 calories/serving, inc the cheese).
Please let me know when ordering if you do NOT want cheese.

We are bringing back this full flavored side dish for your seasonal enjoyment!  We bring together the flavors of roasted sweet potatoes, walnuts, celery, apples, raisins, and parsley with a flavorful citrus/ginger dressing. Packed with fiber and nutrients, about 190 cals/serving

Sesame Hummus Sesame Hummus w/ Stix! Home-made and delicious hummus with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds !  Served with a stack of celery stix, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.

Parmesan Wrap Parmesan Wrap/Bowl. A healthier version of this zesty classic. We include fresh couscous and wheat pasta with Parmesan cheese, marinara sauce, fresh basil, and red onion.  Less than 350 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty!
  • Chicken Option!!  Add 42 grams of fresh roasted chicken if ordered by Saturday for next week! Only $1 extra!

Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes: pineapple, black beans, red onion, sunflower seeds, deli-jalepenos, and cucumber, with spring greens, and a home-made Lime-Cilantro vinaigrette dressing.  (photo may not respresent current menu)
  You can ADD 64 g of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50.
Hand-crafted Power Bars!

  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week  we offer:  pecan-apricot.      

Energy Brownies!   Everyone needs a treat now and then!   Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!  A bit of cinnamon n espresso and walnuts make these treats special!
