Aztec Black Bean Soup

Aztec Black Bean Soup! 
Something filling and flavorful. Just slightly spicy with roasted green chilies and a blend of spices.  We keep it vegetarian and low-cal, so add you own dollop of sour cream if you want to make it super special!  Approx.  200 calories.
 
 
Copper Pennies Copper Pennies!  This is a personal family recipe from our mid-west family.  Coin-diced carrots, with onion and pepper, then pickled in a savory-secret blend. Thank you Grandma!  These gems keep for a long time, so you can store and enjoy for more than a week. Less than 100 calories/serving.
Roasted Garlic Hummus  w/ Stix!  Hand-crafted never tasted better.  Lemon, garlic, cumin, a ton of healing roasted garlic blended in our famous hummus  Served with a stack of carrots, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy
 
 

tex-mex wraps_bowls Yummy Bowls/Wraps! This week, try our tasty and healthy Tex-Mex Bowl/Wrapl!  This is a favorite of many!! Includes: Fresh couscous with lots of corn, black beans, queso cotija, red onion, roasted red pepper, jalapeno, romaine lettuce, and tex-mex seasonings;  About 320 calories per serving!
  • Chicken Option!!  Add 42 grams of fresh roasted chicken if ordered by Saturday for next week! Only $1 extra!
  • LO-CARB Option!!  Substitute a bowl instead of tortilla if ordered by Saturday for next week!

Winter Green Salad! 
Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes: toasted walnuts, sliced boiled egg, dried cranberries, celery, green onion, and carrots with a creamy ranch dressing, in a bed of spring greens  (photo may not represent current menu)
  You can ADD 64 g of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50.
    
 
 
 
Hand-crafted Power Bars   Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week  we offer:  apricot-pecan.        
 
   
BrownieEnergy Brownies!   Everyone needs a treat now and then!   Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!  A bit of cinnamon n espresso and walnuts make these treats special!
