Potato Salad Soup! This is a favorite Polish tradition and a excellent meal choice to offset the holidays!  Creamy, and surprisingly balanced (if it get it right!).   It’s Terri’s favorite!  Includes onion, potatoes, carrots, sour cream, and dill pickles w/juice.  Yum at 240 calories.






Quinoa with Nuts n Berries! Quinoa Salad Perfect blend of taste with super nutrition!  Quinoa is the only plant protein source that contains all essential amino acids!  Perfect for the vegan and their friends! Quinoa is not a grain; it’s a seed from the chard family.  This side includes fresh scallions, parsley and mint, with toasted almonds, and fresh pomegranate, blended in a zesty lime dressing. About 180 cals per serving.



Red Pepper Hummus w/ Stix!   Home-made and delicious! Lemon, garlic, cumin, and roasted red pepper with blended chickpeas! Served with a stack of celery stix, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.


Avocado Bowl/Wrap. We includes a flavorful couscous, with red onion, avocado, and cucumber rolled with crunchy romaine. Less than 350 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty!.

Lovely Green Salad!  Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes:  radish, avocado, garbanzo beans, carrot, tomato, and red onion with spring greens and a flavorful sweet onion vinaigrette.    (photo may not represent current menu).
You can ADD 64 g of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50.
Hand-crafted Power Bars!   Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. Energy Brownies!   Everyone needs a treat now and then!   Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!  A bit of cinnamon n espresso and walnuts make these treats special!
