Curried Veggie Soup

Curried Veggie Soup!  We use the highest quality curry blend in this vegetable soup, with carrots, black beans, bell pepper, spinach and hints of ginger and peanut. I think it’s my favorite soup. So much fiber, flavor and nutrients! (150 calories/serving).


 
Apple Pilaf Apple Pilaf!   Earthy leeks, nutty almond, apples, and a rice/barley blend make this sweet pilaf a standout. We’ll keep the serving size to about a cup so that the calories stay below 200.
 

 
 
 

Yogurt-Dijon Dip! Healthy non-fat greek yogurt blends some fresh dill n mustard in a unique way to … POW ya!  We provide some carrot  stix to dip and savor!  Something different, so let’s try it!  Only about 70 calories/serving.

Roasted Fennel n Cauliflower Soup

Roasted Fennel n Cauliflower Soup!   This smooth, soothing soup will not only warm your taste buds, it will cure your gastro ailments.  Fennel provides an excellent source of potassium, vitamin C, and fiber. In addition, herbalists refer to fennel as an intestinal antispasmodic that relieves intestinal spasms or cramps. This is a vegan, low-calorie, delicious meal!  About 190 cals per serving.
