Roasted Fennel n Cauliflower Soup

Roasted Fennel n Cauliflower Soup!   This smooth, soothing soup will not only warm your taste buds, it will cure your gastro ailments.  Fennel provides an excellent source of potassium, vitamin C, and fiber. In addition, herbalists refer to fennel as an intestinal antispasmodic that relieves intestinal spasms or cramps. This is a vegan, low-calorie, delicious meal!  About 190 cals per serving.

 

 

 

Calico Veggies

Calico Veggies!  This is a super fresh and raw delight, including zucchini, black beans, corn, fresh bell pepper, green onions, cilantro, a little avocado, and a zippy dressing. Colorful and good for you! About 90 calories per serving due to the healthy fats in the avocado!.

 

 

 

 

 

White Bean DipWhite Bean Dip!   Simply delicious!  Lemony-garlicy white beans with fresh parsley, all blended into a smooth dip!  It is a bit more mild than some of our other herby dips, so give it a try? Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week  we offer  a  variety.
Energy Brownies!   Everyone needs a treat now and then!   Home-made and best eaten frozen, in Browniemy opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!  A bit of cinnamon n espresso make these treats special!
