Curried Veggie Soup! We use the highest quality curry blend in this vegetable soup, with carrots, black beans, bell pepper, spinach and hints of ginger and peanut. I think it’s my favorite soup. So much fiber, flavor and nutrients! (150 calories/serving).
Earthy leeks, nutty almond, apples, and a rice/barley blend make this sweet pilaf a standout. We’ll keep the serving size to about a cup so that the calories stay below 200.
Yogurt-Dijon Dip! Healthy non-fat greek yogurt blends some fresh dill n mustard in a unique way to … POW ya! We provide some carrot stix to dip and savor! Something different, so let’s try it! Only about 70 calories/serving.
Yummy Bowls/Wraps! This week, try our tasty Teriyaki Bowl/Wrap!
with healthy brown rice, pineapple, green onion, jicama, roasted red pepper,an a bit of romaine; all rolled in a flour tortilla. We provide a side of teriyaki dipping sauce. Less than 350 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty!

Natural Power Bars! Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!). Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories. This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week we offer a Date-Nut!
Energy Brownies! Everyone needs a treat now and then! Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion! Just a few bites can satisfy your needs! A bit of cinnamon n espresso make these treats special!
