Lovely Lentil soupLovely Lentil Soup!  Not yet a fan of the lentil bean? Trust me, you’ll like this. Gluten-free, yet filling and fantastic; just not blinged out like those other trendy soups.  It has all the veggies you want and plenty of flavor.  Our generous serving is about 180 calories.

 

 
Thai Cucumbers Thai Cucumbers!  Sweet n spicy; it’s refreshing and will leave you wanting more!  Sliced cucumbers, red onion, mint, and cilantro, with a spicy dressing, Topped with toasted sesame seeds. Only about 60 cals/ serving!


Black Bean Dip Black Bean Dip!
A creamy healthy bean dip with pureed onion, tomato, garlic, cumin and green chili. It’s a filling and healthy snack with lot’s of  fiber, protein and joy. Served with celery sticks.

Rosemary Wrap Yummy Bowls/Wraps!

This week, try our Rosemary Bowl or Wrap!   Includes: lemony couscous, rosemary,  red onion, celery, and cucumber rolled with crunchy romaine. Less than 350 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty!

  • LO-CARB Option!!  Substitute a bowl instead of tortilla if ordered by Saturday for next week!   AND/OR,
  • Chicken Option!!  Add 42 grams of fresh roasted chicken if ordered by Saturday for next week! Only $1 extra!

Italian Green Salad! Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes: tomatoes, red onion, kidney beans, pepperchinis, black olives and carrots,

with a zesty Italian vinaigrette.

Hand-crafted Power Bars!Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. Energy Brownies!   Everyone needs a treat now and then!   Home-Browniemade and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!  A bit of cinnamon n espresso make these treats special!
