Squash n Pecan Soup Roasted Squash w/ Pecan Soup! Pureed roasted butternut squash,  onions and pecans in a perfect blend!  This will almost taste like desert from the all-natural carmelized veggies! Includes a dash of cream to make it smooth and soothing. About 170 cals/ serving.
Kale Slaw Holy Kale Slaw!  Kale never tasted so good!  We combine finely chopped kale and coleslaw with a delicious sweet-nutty-tahini dressing. Topped with a few cranberries n sesame seeds. You’ll want more than one serving of this healthy side!!  About 150 cals per serving
 
Cilantro Hummus Cilantro Jalapeno Hummus!  Fresh green with cilantro, spicy with jalapeno and blended with lime, garlic, cumin, and chickpeas!  Served with a stack of celery; it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.

Barley n Greens Soup Barley n Greens Soup! This is my favorite soup.  I literally lick the bowl with this herby, lemony, textury, nutritious, low-calorie soup.  Trust me, you’ll like it too!  It has spinach, kale, chard, and barley, flavored with green onion, dill, mint, fennel fronds and lemon, in a vegetable broth.  We include a Feta cheese topper.   Can be customized with NO FETA TOPPER if requested by Saturday.  Only 140 calories/serving

 

 

Maple Carrots Maple Carrots w/ Dill!  So many ways to enrich our nutrition with whole foods!  This one is yummy too!  Sweet with herbs with our blanched carrots. Simple, healthy and NUTRITIOUS!  Can be served hot or cold.
Spicy Hummus  w/ Celery Stix! Hand-crafted never tasted better.  Lemon, garlic, cumin, a ton of spice (jalapeño, red pepper, chipolte) and chickpeas.  Served with a stack of celery, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.
