Creamy Mexican Corn Soup! We start with a creamy corn puree (yes, we use right off the cob!), and then add a bit of cream, corn, diced tomato, cilantro, lime and chipolte. Best served cold, but can be heated if you prefer! About 170 cals/serving.
Sesame Green Beans!
Can be served cold or hot, and best when eaten with your fingers. Fresh green beans, blanched and combined with a soy-dressing and sesame seeds! Super low-calorie (less than 80 cals/serving) makes this a sin-less side dish.
Red Pepper Hummus!

Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!). Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories. This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week we offer: cherry-almond!
