gaspacho Cool Gazpacho! This is a perfect summer meal!  So fresh with cucumber, celery, tomato, parsley, pepper and a fresh spicy kick! Can be served cold or warm. A slice of  avocado is provided while supplies last!  Did I mention this is the perfect low-calorie meal?   Our generous serving is only 90 calories.TIP: pour some of this in your big-mouthed water bottle and enjoy while you cycle or workout!  Many of my clients use this as their energy drink!

 
 
 
 
 

 Peach & Walnut BarleyPeach n Barley  Delight. So glad its becoming peach season.  We all love this!  A fresh salad that gets a welcome crunch from walnuts and the fiber-filled barley and the fresh sweetness of home-grown peaches. Chipolte DipGarliky Hummus w/ Stix! Home-made and delicious! Lemon, garlic, cumin, and tahini blended with chickpeas! Served with a stack of celery. It sure is a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.

 
 

 YUMMY WRAPS!  This week, try our tasty and healthy Roasted Veggies Wrap/Bowl. We will roast zucchini, red peppers, onion,  and parsley, and mix in lemony couscous, hummus and romaine.  Less than 350 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty!!
