Chicken n Lime Soup Chicken n Lime Soup! A new version of our California Tortilla Soup.  This flavorful brothy soup includes, celery, onion, diced tomato, and lime/cilantro to give you the perfect taste-bud experience without the calories!  We include home-cooked chicken, and a slice of avocado.   About 120 cals/serving!


Bean n Artichoke Salad!  This bean salad includes artichokes, red n white kidney beans, garbanzo beans, white n green onion, tomato n bell pepper, in an Italian marinade dressing. Would be an excellent stand-alone side or a great topper for your green salad!  About 150 calories per serving.

Black Bean Dip Black Bean Dip! A creamy healthy bean dip with pureed onion, tomato, garlic, cumin and green chili. It’s a filling and healthy snack with lot’s of  fiber, protein and joy. Served with celery sticks..


Spagetti Wrap  Yummy Bowls/Wraps! This week, try our Spaghetti Wrap/Bowl!   A healthier version of this zesty classic. We include fresh couscous and wheat pasta with Parmesan cheese, marinara sauce, fresh basil, and red onion. Please let me know when ordering if you do NOT want cheese.  Less than 350 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty!

Green Salad fixins Summer Green Salad!  Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes:  zucchini, black olive/basil, celery, tomato, garbanzo beans, and red onion, with a creamy sweet onion vinaigrette.    (photo may not represent current menu).
You can ADD 64 g of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50.
Hand-crafted Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. Energy Brownies!   Everyone needs a treat now and then!   Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!  A bit of cinnamon n espresso make these treats special!
