corn n potato chowder  Corn & Potato Chowder! This chowder needs NO meat; just potato, corn, onions, bell pepper, parsley and perfect seasonings.  It has a touch of heat from eastern seaboard seasonings. This soup includes limited dairy. It’s well worth the 210 calories/serving.

 apple SlawApple Slaw!  This sweet-tart slaw has no dairy, but instead fills the senses with sweet-tart vinaigrette, apples, broccoli slaw, dried cranberries and sunflower seeds.  This is really delicious!  About 125 cals/per serving.

red pepper hummus Red Pepper Hummus! Home-made and delicious! Lemon, garlic, cumin, and roasted red pepper with blended chickpeas! Served with a stack of celery; it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy

  tex mex wrap Bowls/Wraps! This week, try our tasty and healthy Tex-Mex Bowl/Wrapl!  This is a favorite of many!! Includes: Fresh couscous with lots of corn, black beans, queso cotija, red onion, jalapeno, romaine lettuce, and tex-mex seasonings;  About 320 calories per serving!

  • LO-CARB Option!!  Substitute a bowl instead of tortilla if ordered by Saturday for next week!   AND/OR,

Dreamy Green Salad! Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor!  This week’s salad includes:  green peas, roasted pecans, green peas, carrot, dried cranberry, and red onion,  with a creamy Ranch dressing.
You can ADD 64 grams of fresh roasted chicken to your salad for only $1.50! (picture may not represent current menu item)
hand-crafted power bars Hand-crafted Power Bars!  Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!).  Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories.  This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. This week  we offer Variety.

Energy Brownies!   Everyone needs a treat now and then!   Home-made and best eaten frozen, in my opinion!  Just a few bites can satisfy your needs!  A bit of cinnamon n espresso make these treats special!
