Healthy French Onion SoupHealthy French Onion Soup!  An amazing classic onion soup with a rich beef broth with sherry and thyme, but no fatty cheese. Will provide crouton topper.   Super fresh and light for this time of year.  Only 100 calories and filled with flavor… let’s try it!

sausage n spinach soup  Zesty Italian Sausage n Veggie Soup!  It’s got an Italian zip, with more!  Full of flavor with lean sausage, zucchini, spinach, kidney beans, etc.  Kinda like a soup version of a pizza without the cheese or extra calories!

 
 
 
 
 

marinated cucumbers Marinated Cucumbers!  Simple, refreshing, and will last for a long time (but I bet you gobble it up before that). This is something my Grandma served up during most Sunday suppers. Sliced cucumbers and sweet onions in a home-made sweetened vinegar dressing. They’ll get marinated and a bit pickled and oh so tasty.  And, the the calories are less than 80 cals a serving, so it hardly counts!
