Barley n Greens Soup! This is my favorite soup. I literally lick the bowl with this herby, lemony, textury, nutritious, low-calorie soup. Trust me, you’ll like it too! It has spinach, kale, chard, and barley, flavored with green onion, dill, mint, fennel fronds and lemon, in a vegetable broth. We include a Feta cheese topper.  Can be customized with NO FETA TOPPER if requested. Only 140 calories/serving.
Curried Chickpeas! Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) have so many nutrients, and aid in lowering cholesterol, weight loss and the impacts of diabetes. A great source of protein and fiber. This recipe is really tasty with the addition of onions, tomatoes, zucchini, and spices. About 180 calories per serving. Can be served hot or cold.

Chipolte Dip!  Simply delicious! Lemon, garlic, chipolte, cumin, and chickpeas. Perfect balance of spicy, heat, sweet and healthy! Served with a stack of veggies, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.

Lebanese Vegetable Soup! Let’s enjoy this traditional (vegetarian version) comfort-soup filled with flavors. It will not be too spicy, but will be very spice-full with hints of ginger, cinnamon, cumin, paprika, turmeric, and caraway. Includes toasted Lebanese couscous, garbanzo beans, veggies, lemon and parsley too! This hearty soup is about 185 calories, yet still very nutritious and health-full.
Calico Veggies! This is a super fresh and raw delight, including zucchini, black beans, corn, fresh bell pepper, green onions, cilantro, a little avocado, and a zippy dressing. Colorful and good for you! About 90 calories per serving due to the healthy fats in the avocado!!

 Brazilian Black Bean Soup!  Brazil : warm but mild with a bit of exotic latin flavor in a hearty, healthy soup.  I’m told it freezes well. This is a semi-pureed soup with a bit of garlic, cumin, carrots, coriander and laced with sherry and orange juice, and a bit of bacon crumbles!
