Exotic Red Lentil Soup! Filled with curry, mint, and coconut flavors with butternut squash, yams, mushrooms and super taste! It will put a smile on your face and another smile in your tummy. This hearty soup is about 260 calories, yet still very nutritious and health-ful.

Dilly Garbanzos! So fresh and filling. We start with coarse bulgar and garbanzos, then add fresh tomatoes, cucumber, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted red pepper, lots of dill, and a balsamic dressing. About 200 cals/serving.

Breadless Bruschetta! This doesn’t come around too often, so seize the moment. Our fresh bruschetta is made with diced tomatoes in garlic, olive oil, basil, and capers! Of course, we won’t tell if you spread it on a baguette with mozzarella cheese. No dippers (as shown in photo)… it needs nothing to devour! Only about 80 calories/serving.

Tawdry Tortellini Soup! It’s so good, it’s sinful (yet far healthier than a restaurant version). Of course it’s filled with love, but I’ll keep us in calorie-control with cheese-filled tortellini, kielbasa, peas, tomatoes, fennel, and kale. Treat yourself, it’s still less than 250 cals per serving

Holy Kale Slaw! Kale never tasted so good! We combine finely chopped kale and coleslaw with a delicious sweet-nutty-tahini dressing. Topped with a few cranberries n sesame seeds. You’ll want more than one serving of this healthy side!! About 150 cals per serving
