Chicken n Lime Soup! A new version of our California Tortilla Soup. This flavorful brothy soup includes, celery, onion, diced tomato, and lime/cilantro to give you the perfect taste-bud experience without the calories! We include home-cooked chicken, and a slice of avocado. About 120 cals/serving!

Smokey Black Bean n Squash   Spicy, nutritious, fresh. We combine, roasted butternut squash, with walnuts, black beans, just a splash of Feta cheese (can request no cheese by Saturday) combined with an adobe/honey dressing. YUM! About 200 cals/serving due to the high density nutrients/fiber.

Traditional Hummus w/ Stix!  Home-made and delicious! Lemon, garlic, cumin, and tahini! This traditional hummus is topped with parsley and paprika, the traditional way! Served with a stack of celery, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.

Yummy Bowls/Wraps! This week, try our Spaghetti Wrap/Bowl!  A healthier version of this zesty classic. We include fresh couscous and wheat pasta with Parmesan cheese, marinara sauce, fresh basil, and red onion. Please let me know when ordering if you do NOT want cheese. Less than 350 cals/serving and served fresh and tasty!

Dreamy Green Salad! Our BIG green salads are fresh, seasonal, and diversified with a variety of veggies, protein, fiber and flavor! This week’s salad includes: apple, celery, green onion, toasted pecans, carrot, tomato, with an creamy Poppy Seed dressing. (less than 290 calories/container). (image may not represent menu item)

Homemade Power Bars! Handy, tasty, healthy, and chemical/ preservative-free (so much better than the commercial ones that stay on the grocery shelf for a year!). Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and only 180 calories. This is a great snack/breakfast solution for busy day. Indonesian Carrot Soup! A puree which is wonderfully curried-spiced, yet sweet n golden. Rice added to make it even richer! Tasty served hot or cold! This carrot soup makes for a terrific vegan meal, or side dish!

Apple Slaw! This sweet-tart slaw has no dairy, but instead fills the senses with sweet-tart vinaigrette, apples, broccoli slaw, dried cranberries and sunflower seeds. This is really delicious! About 125 cals/per serving.

Tzatziki w/ Stix!  Otherwise known as that yogurt and cucumber dip you love at Greek restaurants. Made with with yogurt, drained cucumber, olive oil, fresh mint, garlic, dill, and lemon juice. Veggie dippers included.

Spicy Bean n Sausage Soup!   Very authentic to New Orleans; warm flavors of chicken sausages, mild chilies, beans, hominy, kale, carrots, celery and the sweetness of more spices! Yum at 240 calories!

Marinated Cucumbers! Simple, refreshing, and will last for a long time (but I bet you gobble it up before that). This is something my Grandma served up during most Sunday suppers. Sliced cucumbers and sweet onions in a home-made sweetened vinegar dressing. They’ll get marinated and a bit pickled and oh so tasty. And, the the calories are less than 80 cals a serving, so it hardly counts!
