Hot n Sour Soup!  Asian flavors…a little hot, a little sour. Flavors include: ginger, garlic, mushrooms, kale, bamboo shoots, red bell pepper, water chestnuts, and cilantro. This soup is great for calorie-consciousness people at only 90 calories per serving

Karmic Karrots! Thinly sliced blanched carrots are the magic in this side dish. Add some sweetness and some savory spices, including cinnamon, cumin, parsley, garlic, cranberries, and toasted almonds, and you may transform metaphysically! Each serving is less the 100 calories.

Kale n Bean Soup! This is a perfect balanced soup, that will fill your soul for breakfast as well as the other meals. Deep balanced flavors of  kale, fire roasted tomatoes, white beans, and seasoned with fresh rosemary, thyme and just a bit of heat of roasted chilis. All in about 180 cals/servin

Dilly Garbanzos! So fresh and filling. We start with coarse bulgar and garbanzos, then add fresh cucumber, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted red pepper, lots of dill, and a balsamic dressing. About 200 cals/serving.
