Zesty Italian Sausage n Veggie Soup!  It’s got an Italian zip, with more! Full of flavor with lean sausage, zucchini, spinach, kidney beans, etc. Kinda like a soup version of a pizza without the cheese or extra calories!

Dilly Beets! This a lovely side dish that can be served cold or warm. Roasted beets with sweet onion and walnuts, tossed in a tasty fresh dill vinaigrette. Great alone or on a bed of greens.  About 130 calories per serving.! .

Hummus w/ Pomegranate! If you have never tried this middle-Eastern combo, ya just gotta try it! Home-made and delicious hummus with a sprinkle of tart-sweet fresh Pomegranate! Served with a stack of celery dippers, it makes for a flavorful and healthy snack filled with fiber, protein and joy.

Aztec Black Bean Soup! Something filling and flavorful. Just slightly spicy with roasted green chilies and a blend of spices. We keep it vegetarian and low-cal, so add you own dollop of sour cream if you want to make it super special! Approx. 200 calories.



Roasted Veggies!  Veggies can be boring, so we have amped up this side dish for your tastebuds and your nutrition. Roasted (means caramelized) cauliflower, brussel sprouts, broccolli, sweet potato, and onion tossed together and seasoned to be yummy! Suggest serving warm, but it will be good anyway you eat it!

Lovely Lentil Soup!  Not yet a fan of the lentil bean? Trust me, you’ll like this. Gluten-free, yet filling and fantastic; just not blinged out like those other trendy soups. It has all the veggies you want and plenty of flavor. Our generous serving is about 180 calories.
