Barley-Veggie Soup!  You’ll feel so good after enjoying this soup. The taste alone is nice but the nutrition and super fiber content will make your body happy too. Lots of veggies, lots of flavor; it’s that simply delicious. About 160 calories/serving.
Cuban Black Beans! A delicious side with lots of fiber, flavor and protein. Black beans and corn, with pineapple, peppers, green and red onion, and lots of sweet n spicy flavors! A great stand alone or salad topper! About 150 calories for our big serving.
