Gourmet Tomato Soup! This is an award-winning recipe that is new to our Soup Family! This blended soup includes flavors of smokey aleppo pepper, coriander, and tarragon. Great for the upcoming rainy weather. Stands alone bu also perfect with a Grilled Cheese Sandwich! TBD calories.

Dilly Garbanzos! So fresh and filling. We start with coarse bulgar and garbanzos, then add fresh cucumber, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted red pepper, lots of dill, and a balsamic dressing. About 200 cals/serving

Black Bean Dip w/ stix!  A creamy healthy bean dip with pureed onion, tomato, garlic, cumin and green chili. It’s a filling and healthy snack with lot’s of fiber, protein and joy. Served w ith celery sticks.


Teriyaki Wrap/Bowl! Includes:  long-grain rice, fresh pineapple, green onion, jicama, roasted red pepper, all rolled in a bed of romaine and flour tortilla. We provide a side of teriyaki dipping sauce. About 320 calories per serving!

Simply Veggie Soup!  This is a wonderful idea for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Only about 95 calories per serving! Yet, it’s filled with flavors from onions, leeks, carrots, celery, roasted sweet potato & butternut squash, cabbage, greens, corn, tomatoes, etc.

Mediterranean LentilsAnother favorite with lots of flavor and fiber.  A great source of protein from the lentils and garnished with carrots, parsley, bell pepper, red onion, and tons of curried spices.  Each serving is about 16 grams of protein, 15 grams of fiber and about 190 cals.

Tzatziki w/ Stix!   Otherwise known as that yogurt and cucumber dip you love at Greek restaurants.  Made with with yogurt, drained cucumber, olive oil, fresh mint, garlic, lemon juice and salt. Carrot dippers included.

Split Pea n Ham Soup! Another personal favorite of many! We make it all from scratch with bits of carrots and smokey ham, just like Mom made it! Did you know that split peas have the following health benefits, high fiber, lowers cholesterol, and high in potassium. About 200 cal/serving

Marinated Cucumbers! Simple, refreshing, and will last for a long time (but I bet you gobble it up before that). This is something my Grandma served up during most Sunday suppers. Sliced cucumbers and sweet onions in a home-made sweetened vinegar dressing. They’ll get marinated and a bit pickled and oh so tasty. And, the the calories are less than 80 cals a serving, so it hardly counts!

Barley n Greens Soup! This is my favorite soup.  I literally lick the bowl with this herby, lemony, textury, nutritious, low-calorie soup.  Trust me, you’ll like it too!  It has spinach, kale, chard, and barley, flavored with green onion, dill, mint, fennel fronds and lemon, in a vegetable broth.  We include a Feta cheese topper.   Can be customized with NO FETA TOPPER if requested by Saturday.  Only 140 calories/serving

Karmic Karrots! Thinly sliced blanched carrots are the magic in this side dish. Add some sweetness and some savory spices, including cinnamon, cumin, parsley, garlic, pomegranate, and toasted almonds, and you may transform metaphysically! Each serving is less the 100 calories.
