A picture cannot do it justice… its about the aroma and blended flavors…many many flavors, some are even a secret.  But the result is a hint of sweet-then-spicy!  Ingredients include butternut squash, mushrooms, beans, diced tomatoes, onions, celery, peppers, cilantro, and sun-dried tomatoes.  And, its only 180 calories/serving with tons of fiber!




Holy Kale Slaw! Kale never tasted so good! We combine finely chopped kale and cabbage with a delicious sweet-nutty-tahini dressing. Topped with a few cranberries n sesame seeds. You’ll want more than one serving of this healthy side!! About 150 cals per serving
