Mexican Quinoa! I love this deli-side – it’s light, zippy, and filled with good proteins! It’s naturally sweet from the corn and red bell peppers, filled-with protein from the quinoa, and a very slight spiciness from the chili powder, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, and sunflower seeds. Lebanese Vegetable Soup! Let’s enjoy this traditional (vegetarian version) comfort-soup filled with flavors. It will not be too spicy, but will be very spice-full with hints of ginger, cinnamon, cumin, paprika, turmeric, and caraway. Includes toasted Lebanese couscous, garbanzo beans, veggies, lemon and parsley too! This hearty soup is about 185 calories, yet still very nutritious and health-full..

Curried Chickpeas! Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) have so many nutrients, and aid in lowering cholesterol, weight loss and the impacts of diabetes. A great source of protein and fiber.
